  • Tinge by Bhumi will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 3 days of receiving the product. (Unboxing videos are a must for any claims)
  • Tinge by Bhumi does not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE & ONE SIZE.
  • Tinge by Bhumi is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at customerservice@tingebybhumi.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
  • In case of hand block/ hand painted pieces, there might be little difference in shade of the dress or minor splash on the dress, that won’t be exchanged since these are the features of hand block/ hand painting and that makes every single piece unique.
  • All returns are subject to verification by our team at Tinge by Bhumi.
  • Note: For exchange customer has to bear the shipping cost.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.tingebybhumi.com. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account.
  • Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
